Equilibrium

So are you now prepared to go on your ‘Journey through Life’ ?
The question I would like to ask about your life is ‘How do you see your life? Exhilarating and an adventure, or dull and monotonous? I know which option appeals to me. Life is never perfect and I know it's full of incidents that sometimes we do not want to face up to. I honestly believe in the phrase depending on your faith, God loves a trier, or you could be from another religion or Philosophy of Life. In my practice, we say take action which leads to painstaking efforts- these results help your life grow and move in a positive direction.
Do something only if it is the most smallest or minutest step take that action ,and in the word ‘try’ great results come from it. Do we have the courage to learn from our mistakes? Do we have the courage to pick ourselves up when we get knocked down? That’s where the magic lies.

So lets look at my favourite word EQUILIBRIUM. What does this word mean to you? Let’s see:
A state of rest or balance due to the equal action of opposing forces. Equal balance between any powers, influences, equality of effect. Mental or Emotional balance: equanimity:
‘The pressures of the situation caused her to lose her EQUILIBRIUM.’
I want to give you an example of why we all need EQUILIBRIUM in our lives and I honestly believe some of the most successful Entrepreneurs have mastered the ‘Art of EQUILIBRIUM.

So why is this Important to me as a Professional Expert Authority. Lets look at the Skills I am learning to master:
Social Media Expert  - Facebook-Instagram-YouTube-Daily Motion
Mentor (ILML8 -Accreditation) -Business - Leadership - Lifestyle - Spiritual-Self/Personal Development - Relationships.
Coach ICA - (Accreditation)- Business - Leadership - Lifestyle -  Spiritual - Self/Personal Development - Relationships.
Public Speakers University - Andy Harrington (Jet Set Speaker)Academy Accreditation.
Toastmasters (Public Speakers Organisation)2 Awards for Best Speech Competitions.
Teacher & Educator - Arts & Culture -History - Teacher & Educator of 15 - 25yr olds through Workshops & Webinars & Seminars-Events - Online Courses.
Consulting Agency - Healthy Foods - Fitness- Public Relations.
Other virtues of EQUILIBRIUM are Gentleness , being calm and steady. This isn’t easy, so effort, practice and dedication are a must if you want to master this world. Tenacity is also needed to break through the obstacleshiccups and hurdles.
We all need help and support, but what if you found the right person to help you to succeed in your skills and profession? A guide, someone to pick you up when you are down, someone to kick you up the backside when you are procrastinating. Listen to me - we are all guilty of this and that's why I am highlighting this evermore. Always ask for help and never give up because remember this - you will be inspiring so many people you could never imagine- this is a mark of a Genius.
My passion of working with 15 to 25yr olds reminds me of my lessons I had to learn in life growing up and the difficulties and choices Young Men end up making the wrong choices just out of peer pressure or fitting into Groups or Society. These lessons can be painful and probably show us if we have the steely character to make it through the Concrete Jungle. Life Experience is probably actual proof to the youth, to show that I am not here to patronise, but to show you anything is possible with a little help and the right people around at the right time. Timing is crucial and it certainly was for me. Everyone knows the importance of time, because we can never get time back. The clock is always ticking and it certainly was for me very loudly.
What if I could use all my life experience to tell youth not to make the same mistakes I did, like a shortcut to avoid difficult situations and difficult people. Then again they do say dealing with difficult people is a mark of a true Leader. All my life I have had to deal with difficult people so hopefully I can give hope to people who feel hopeless in their lives. The older I get, the more important I feel this is. The more responsible I feel for my own life, the more responsible I feel for other people’s lives.

It was the Year 2012 and I met a gentleman by the name of James Gregory. He was Introduced to me by a friend of mine and we became connected instantly and our friendship grew from there. James was setting up his charity: ‘Fathers Against Violence’. I was very influenced by the title of the charity and I decided to come down to the open day in Moss Side Manchester. This was one of the best decisions I made, and realised very quickly why the charity ‘Fathers Against Violence’ was set up. James’ son had been killed in Moss Side in 2008 so I could understand the pain James was going through. James knew he had a mission to carry out in his son’s name, which is the right action to take with Love and Compassion.
This charity really helped me change my life to realise there are people in the world who want to stand up to justice to make the world a better place. The charity's aim is based around football, to encourage the youth in the areas of Manchester that they can pursue a better world away from drugs or gang violence, which is so common in Manchester. The project James set up is called ‘Can You Kick It’ - a football project helping youth and underprivileged kids to seek a better life through football and sport.
Funny how when you meet certain people and you have the same passion and beliefs, events in your life could take a turn for the worse. My daughterCandice Rose Kington had a half brother who was killed in 2014 and this was a pre-meditated murder. Would you believe he was killed over jealousy? This had been pre- meditated for a number of years and I can see the pain this mindless death cause us both mine and Candice's family. It changed me and my daughter’s life forever. We were very close to him and this death affected so many people it made headline news. I myself am determined to create a world where everyone can live in peace. The death of our brother and son has really encouraged me to do more to help youth and make a difference in the community.
I have this dream, this determination to inspire one million entrepreneurs over the next 40 years in the U.K. I will fulfill this dream with a little help from my friends. I will create so much value  in the world to make it a better place with the skills and expertise I have.
I will use equilibrium in my Life to create value and to live a balanced life for everyone's benefit. I Imagine myself speaking on stage to around 10,000 Youth, inspiring them to reach their goals which I know they are capable of. My famous quote is "STAND FOR SOMETHING OR YOU WILL FALL FOR ANYTHING". It would be so great just to inspire people on stage, a lot of people,
and the importance of being "True to ourselves" appeals to me even more.
Follow your mission in life and you can't go wrong! Here are 5 famous values I want to leave you with.

1.The Law Of Creating Value:
It is said ‘be a person of  valuethen your success is inevitable’. Value has to do with how much something is worth, either in terms of cash or importance. As a verb, it means "holding something in high regard," (like "I value our friendship").
Personal values are the things that are important to us, the characteristics and behaviours that motivate us and guide our decisions. For example, maybe you value honesty. ... Everyone has their own personal values, and they can be quite different. Some people are competitive, while others value cooperation.
The Three Types of Values a
person should explore:
  • Character Values- Character values are the universal values that you need to exist as a good human being.
  • Work Values- Work values are values that help you find what you want in a job and give you job satisfaction. .
  • Personal Values.

2. The Law of Receptivity:
Your receptivity is your ability and willingness to take in information or ideas. An audience's receptivity to a stand up comedian helps to make her performance a success. The noun receptivity is useful for describing someone's openness, especially to new ideas or different opinions.
Able or inclined to receive especially,
open and responsive to ideas, impressions, or suggestions. 2a of a sensory organ : fit to receive and transmit stimuli.
Ready acceptance of often new suggestions, ideas, influences, or opinions: open-mindedness, openness, receptivity, responsiveness.

3. The Law Of Influence:
Influence is the power to have an important effect on someone or something. If someone influences someone else, they are changing a person or thing in an indirect but important way. ... Influence is also a verb, from Latin influence to flow in.
An example of influence is the strength that a campaign has to change the mind of potential voters. Influence is defined as to affect a person or thing. An example of influence is for a high school student to complete all of his assignments on time, thereby making his little brother want to do the same.
Positive influence is the impact you have on another person (AND yourself) by pointing out strengths and virtues. It is how you are, what you do, and the power you have on others to value what is best within themselves. Positive influence helps a person be better today than they were yesterday.

4.The Law Of Compensation: The act or state of compensating, as by rewarding someone for service or by making up for someone's loss, damage, or injury by giving the injured party an appropriate benefit. The state of being compensated or rewarded in this way.
The four major types of direct compensation are hourly wages, salary, commission and bonuses. When asking about compensation, most people want to know about direct compensation, particularly base pay and variable pay.
Compensation may also be used as a reward for exceptional job performance. Examples of such plans include: bonuses, commissions, stock, profit sharing, gain sharing.

5. The Law of Authenticity:
Authenticity is the quality of being genuine or real. You might question the authenticity of your eccentric uncle's photo of a UFO. The word authenticity is the state of something being authentic, or legitimate and true. Real or genuine, not copied or false, true and accurate, made to be or look just like an original.
The definition of authenticity refers to the proven fact that something is legitimate or real.

Empowering The Leaders Of The 21ST Century

Empowering The Leaders Of The 21st Century. Now you can see the lucrative world of Mentoring and Coaching and that is why I am attracted to this industry- not just because of the money, but the fact that I am responsible for helping people transform and change their lives for the the better. Its a win-win situation for both parties involved - you are both growing as people. Now that is success!
As a Thought Leader and Entrepreneur, the idea is not to leave anyone behind.
All my life I feel I have been training myself to be a Mentor and a Coach who can earn money to help people solve a problem. What if I could invest in myself ? I started thinking what If I could find the right Mentor and coach to direct my life into a positive direction and I did exactly that.

Welcome Maria Kompanowski! Who is Maria KompanowskiI met Maria at Utility Warehouse - that's where our friendship started. When we used to have meetings in Utility Warehouse Maria and I always found time to say hello and get to know each other. We became good friends and the respect was there instantly. I met up with Maria one saturday afternnoon. we used to go and have some food and a drink in Asda. We got talking one day and she told me that she is a Business Coach as well as a distributor for Utility Warehouse. My first thought was ‘wow I want to be a coach’ so I asked Maria more about it.
She told me she has her own Company called Dolphin Seminars and she invited me to one of the meetings so I could see for myself what the meetings were about and whether the meetings were in line with where I wanted to be in my life. I really enjoyed the seminar and in no time I chose Maria to be my Business Coach. I feel it is one of the most wisest decisions I have made in my business career, and it has taken me to another level of Expertise in Business.

Now I myself became a member of Dolphin Seminars, and this was another one of the most wisest decisions I have ever made In my life. This meant not only was I being coached 3 times a week, I was able to join a Networking Event where we meet every Saturday evening. This is valuable information for anyone entering into the world of Business Ventures or Self-Employment.
