Its a win-win situation for both parties involved - you are both growing as people. Now that is success!
As a Thought Leader and Entrepreneur, the idea is not to leave anyone behind.
All my life I feel I have been training myself to be a Mentor and a
Coach who can earn money to help people solve a problem. What if I could invest in myself ? I started thinking what If I could find the right Mentor and coach to direct my life into a positive direction and I did exactly that.
Welcome
Maria Kompanowski! Who is
Maria Kompanowski? I met Maria at Utility Warehouse - that's where our friendship started. When we used to have meetings in
Utility Warehouse Maria and I always found time to say hello and get to know each other. We became good friends and the respect was there instantly. I met up with Maria one
saturday afternnoon. we used to go and have some food and a drink in Asda. We got talking one day and she told me that she is a Business
Coach as well as a distributor for Utility Warehouse. My first thought was ‘wow I want to be a coach’ so I asked Maria more about it.
She told me she has her own Company called
Dolphin Seminars and she invited me to one of the meetings so I could see for myself what the meetings were about and whether the meetings were in line with where I wanted to be in my life. I really enjoyed the seminar and in no time I chose Maria to be my Business Coach. I feel it is one of the most wisest decisions I have made in my business career, and it has taken me to another level of Expertise in Business.
Now I myself became a member of Dolphin Seminars, and this was another one of the most wisest decisions I have ever made In my life. This meant not only was I being coached 3 times a week, I was able to join a Networking Event where we meet every Saturday evening. I also attend Mastermind Groups with Maria for knowledge and to protect us when doing Business and not to make too many mistakes. This is valuable information for anyone entering into the world of Business Ventures or Self-Employment. I even get the chance to do presentations at Business Meetings which again is also very valuable for your Confidence and Growth so now beginning to make big strides in my Development as a Professional Expert Authority.
I loved the Fact I am a Successful Mentor and
Coach but really wanted to get Involved in
Public Speaking which again would propel my Entrepreneurial Profession to Another level. Around this time I was involved in an organisation called
Toastmasters, Toastmasters is a
Public Speaking Organisation which Trains you to be a Professional Speaker. They have 332,000 members worldwide and this organisation is definitely bringing different cultures together all over the world from different nationalities and cultures. It is an organisation which is building trust around the world for people to keep speaking up about what they believe in and their beliefs are that we are all gifted unique and courageously talented individuals, united through respect for one another.
This organisation covers Leadership Skills and Communication, Youth Leadership, Speech Contests, Accredited Speaker Programmes, Speakers Bureau, Conferences and Conventions. I have won a few speaking competitions with this Organisation and learnt a number of other skills on Competent Communication and Competent Leadership Skills. Being in this organisation has helped me tremendously to develop my confidence in Public Speaking, and I have also completed a Public Speakers University Certification with Andy Harrington who is a well known Jet Set Public Speaker all over the world.
As you can see In my journey to success all the skills I now have mastered have played a massive role in why I feel it is important that I have become a Professional Expert Authority. Lifelong Experiences In Life shape you into a Leader you feel you were destined to be.So, lets Define the
